What is the center for medical cannabis education?

A CLINIC

We are licensed healthcare providers who specialize in using Cannabis and cannabinoids (e.g., THC, CBD) to treat human illness and disease. We do not sell or dispense any marijuana or hemp products (i.e., Cannabis). We provide highly-specialized medical care to patients interested in using Cannabis for medical purposes. A consult with us is like a normal visit with your doctor. At the end of the consult you will receive a detailed treatment plan with instructions on what Cannabis products to purchase, where to purchase them and exactly how to use them. We offer both telephone and in-office consults.

What types of patients do you see?

ALL TYPES

We see all types of patients! Most of our patients are seeking relief from pain, anxiety, sleep disorders, PTSD, seizure disorders, cancer or other symptoms and medical conditions. If Cannabis is an appropriate therapy, we will recommend specific products and how to use them. Patients can schedule a free, 5-minute telephone consult with Dr. Corroon if they want to understand if Cannabis may be a safe and effective therapy for them.

Our patients are not looking to get high!

How is my treatment and care plan designed?

Treatment Plan

We start with a detailed questionnaire and comprehensive consultation to understand your current health status and goals. This step is a critical part of our process. After we receive this information, we will design a personalized treatment plan that will best support you. You will receive the treatment plan as an email. It will include exactly which products to purchase, where to purchase them and how to use them. If desired, we will work directly with your primary care or other doctor to ensure there are no gaps in your care.

What are the costs of your consults?

AFFORDABLE FEES

The overall cost of your care will vary depending on the number of consults required. Straight-forward cases are typically addressed in one to two consults. We offer both telephone and in-office consults. Telephone consults range between $60 and $150. In-office consults range between $185 to $250. We offer a discount to individuals over 70 years of age. More information on our fees can be found on the pages you will see when you book a consult.

will my insurance cover this?

INSURANCE

Unfortunately, we cannot accept health insurance, but all of our consults can be deducted through a Health Savings Account or Family Savings Account. In addition, we can provide a "superbill" for you to submit a receipt to your insurance company.  We can work with you to develop a monthly payment plan. We are committed to doing what works best for you.
